mrmpanel 0.1.36 — OS and panel updates on the dashboard

Admin dashboard checks for host OS packages and newer mrmpanel releases, with one-click apply/upgrade.

Current install line is 0.1.36.

Since 0.1.35

• Updates section on the admin dashboard
• Host OS: show available packages (dnf/yum/apt) and Apply OS updates
• mrmpanel: compare installed version to the release mirror and Upgrade panel (runs mrmpanel-backup first)
