mrmpanel 0.1.41 — Fix deploy “Invalid domain name”

CSRF middleware no longer consumes multipart bodies when the X-CSRF-Token header is present, so site deploys keep managed_domain.

Current install line is 0.1.41.

Since 0.1.40

• Fix: site deploy overlay could fail with Invalid domain name: (empty) because CSRF middleware read the multipart body before the handler
