mrmpanel 0.2.0 — hoster-ready single box

Scheduled backups, file manager, Adminer, mail smarthost, harder disk quotas, and optional admin 2FA.

Current install line is 0.2.0.

Backups — schedule/retention/offsite from Settings; dashboard status; mrmpanel-backup --verify
Files — path-safe manager under /home/<user> for admin and owning user
Databases — Adminer at /dbadmin/ with one-click open
Mail smarthost — SMTP relay settings for reliable outbound
Disk quotas — OS hard quota when usrquota is available; soft du otherwise
Admin 2FA — optional TOTP
Scoped support statement (single-host / small setups); stack smoke script in-repo
