mrmpanel 0.1.28 — ops dashboard, hosting plans, mail stack bump

From 0.1.26 deploy UX through 0.1.28 ops dashboard, hosting plans, and docker-mailserver 15.1. Still experimental.

Current install line when this shipped was 0.1.28 (superseded by 0.1.29). Install latest from the mirror now.

Since 0.1.26

• Stepped deploy UX (the 0.1.26 line) — clearer install / first-run flow
• Ops dashboard for day-to-day panel status
• Hosting plans wiring in the panel
• docker-mailserver 15.1 on the optional mail stack

Still not production

mrmpanel is early software. Expect bugs and breaking changes. Use a fresh VPS you can wipe.
