mrmpanel 0.1.37 — Fail2ban on Infrastructure

Admin Infrastructure dashboard controls host Fail2ban (Start/Stop/Restart); installer enables an sshd jail.

Current install line is 0.1.37.

Since 0.1.36

Fail2ban appears under Infrastructure (always, not feature-gated)
Start / Stop / Restart for the host fail2ban unit
Fresh installs and upgrades install Fail2ban and enable a basic sshd jail when none exists
