mrmpanel 0.1.38 — WordPress PHP + core selection

Deploy WordPress by choosing PHP and a compatible WordPress core version from the stack matrix.

Current install line is 0.1.38.

Since 0.1.37

• WordPress create: pick PHP version, then a WordPress version supported for that PHP (7.0 / 6.9 / 6.8)
• Site meta stores both; settings show WordPress version read-only; PHP can still be switched later
